40 days, 40 minutes of prayer each day, and 40 minutes of exercise each day. Body & Soul

Avoiding Sugar.
3. What good Lenten advice would you share?
Be an example not by showing the suffering on your face, but by relishing the challenges and following through on what you set yourself to accomplish.
4. And what will feature this year?
I am going to try my 40-40-40 regimen again this year. (See #1)
