Oh, Larry - as a fellow Detroiter, we can commiserate while Kit enjoys the victory...
Now, now you two...don't sell yourselves too short. As a lifelong Chicago sports fan, I cannot count how many times I've seen my beloved teams snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Consequently, I don't let myself get too worked up until I see the 2-minute warning and a comfortable double-digit lead in the 4th.
congrats...my team will be no where near the playoffs. :(...maybe next year, lol
Kasia - if you haven't seen it yet - go to Dale Price's blog at Dyspeptic Mutterings and see the Detroit Lions gravestone. Funny!
Kit - I don't think you'll have to worry about anything this year, in regards to the games vs. the Lions. Now the Red Wings v Blackhawks games....different story altogether!
